Friday, December 17 Traffic stop: Officers stopped a car for a registration violation at 12:32 a.m. in the 13200 block of 35th Ave. A man, 31, was cited and released for DWLS. Verbal domestic: A report was taken when police responded to a verbal domestic at 2:22 a.m. in the 1700 block of 132nd St. Found bag: The PSO took a found property report for a bag, which was found at 9:21 a.m. in the 13800 block of 23rd Ave. in the Heatherwood West subdivision. Car prowl: An employee of The Surrey Park Apts in the 1300 block of 156th St., reported a car prowl. A report was taken. Theft: An employee was assaulted during a theft at 2:28 p.m. in the 2000 block of 132nd St. The investigation into the robbery is pending. Flag desecration: A Mill Creek wom- an said that a man ripped down and spit at her American flag hanging out- side of her residence at 2:35 p.m. in the 14500 block of North Creek Drive in The Reserve Apts. Verbal domestic: MCPD officers re- sponded to a report of a verbal domes- tic in the 14700 block of Main St. in The Hawthorne Apts. Found wallet: A Mill Creek resident turned in a wallet that was found in the 14000 block of North Creek Dr. in The Reserve Apts. The wallet was logged into evidence as found prop- erty. Possible child molestation: Officers responded to a possible child molesta- tion at 9:04 p.m. in the 13500 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy. Saturday, December 18 Car theft: A car theft was reported at 8:44 a.m. in the 1200 block of 164th Street. Sunday, December 19 Verbal domestic: A verbal domestic was reported at 8:21 p.m. in the 14600 block of Main St. in The Hawthorne Apts. Following an investigation, a report was submitted. Felony harassment: A felony harass- ment was reported at 10:23 p.m. in the 1100 block of Mill Creek Road in The Laurel Apts. Monday, December 20 Theft: A theft was reported at 12:21 p.m. in the 1000 block of 164th St. Warrant arrest: Officers were called to the 15400 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy. for a disturbance. A transient man, 51, was arrested for an outstand- ing warrant. Warrant arrest: Following the inves- tigation of a collision, a Mill Creek resident was arrested for a warrant and booked into the Snohomish County Jail without incident at 5:17 p.m. in the 15900 block of 23rd Lane in Spring Tree . Interlock device violation: Officers responded to a DUI at 7:04 p.m. in the 13700 block of 32nd Drive in Silver Glen. An investigation re- vealed the driver wasn't intoxicated and charges for ignition interlock vio- lation were referred to the prosecutor for an Everett man, 35. Tuesday, December 21 Slumper: Officers found a Lake Stevens man, 22, slumped over in a parked auto at 1:22 a.m. in the 13300 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy. The slumper was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for physi- cal control while under the influence. Mail box theft: A Mill Creek resi- dent reported that a community mail box bank was broken into in the 2800 block of 143rd St. in Highland Trails . Wednesday, December 22 Car prowl: A car prowl was reported in the 14300 block of North Creek Dr. in The Reserve Apts. Malicious mischief: A malicious mis- chief incident was reported in the 2500 block of 132nd Place. No additional information was provided. Theft: A report was taken for a theft that occurred in the 14300 block of North Creek Dr. in The Reserve Apts. Theft: A report was taken regarding an unidentified woman stealing tools at Lowes. Thursday, December 23 Car prowl: A cold car prowl was re- ported in the 15500 block of Mill Creek Blvd. in The Parkwood Apts. An unlocked auto was entered over- night and a loaded pistol was stolen from inside. The serial number has been entered in the WACIC/NCIC as a stolen firearm. Car prowl: A car prowl was reported in the 13500 block of North Creek Dr. Friday, December 24 Catalytic converter theft: A witness reported seeing a suspect steal the catalytic converter off a vehicle in the 13500 block of North Creek Drive in The Heatherwood Apts. Theft: Officers responded to a theft complaint at 11:20 a.m. in the 14600 block of Main St. in The Hawthorne Apts . Theft: MCPD was notified at 6:17 p.m. of a theft in the 2100 block of 132nd St. An investigation is ongoing and a report was taken. Verbal domestic: A verbal domestic was reported at 6:53 p.m. in the 4100 block of 133rd at The Vintage Apts. at The Farm . Following an investiga- tion, it was determined there was not enough probably cause for a crime. A report was taken. Stolen license plate: A Mill Creek man, 24, had his license plate stolen near the 14400 block of North Creek Dr. in The Reserve Apts. Saturday, December 25 A theft was reported in the 13300 block of 28th Ave. in Heatherwood West. No additional information was provided. Verbal DV: A verbal DV was report- ed at 7:18 a.m. in the 13500 block of North Creek Drive in The Heather- wood Apts. Verbal DV: A verbal domestic was re- ported at 1:53 p.m. in the 14700 block of Main St. in The Hawthorne Apts. Assault: Officers responded to an as- sault report at 5:16 p.m. in the 14500 block of North Creek Drive in The Reserve Apts. Sunday, December 26 Physical DV: Officers responded to a house party at 12:23 a.m. near the 15200 block of 11th Drive in Cyprus . A Renton woman, 32, was arrested af- ter she assaulted her husband. She was booked into Snohomish County Jail on domestic violence related charges. Verbal DV: A Mill Creek couple re- siding in the 1000 block of 156th Place in The Mill Apts., had a loud argument at 2:09 p.m., that concerned their neighbors. Investigating offi- cers found that nothing criminal had occurred. Warrant arrest: Police contacted a woman at 9:30 p.m. in the 12900 block of 19th Ave. and subsequently booked her into the county jail for a warrant. Monday, December 27 Suspicious auto: Officers located a suspicious vehicle at 11:54 a.m. in the 16300 block of Bothell- Everett Hwy. The man driving the car was arrested for physical control of a vehicle while under the influence. Stray dog: The PSO took custody of a stray dog at 3:35 p.m. in the 2700 block of 161st St. in The Highlands. The dog was taken to the Everett Ani- mal Shelter. Tuesday, December 28 K9 assist: The Mill Creek K9 Unit as- sisted Marysville PD with the arrest of a burglary suspect at 12:28 a.m. in the 15800 block of Smokey Point Blvd. Car prowl/robbery: Officers respond- ed to a car prowl at 1:54 a.m. in the 1100 block of Mill Creek Blvd. in The Mill Apts. Upon arrival, officers contacted a man who claimed to have been robbed by two suspects who were known to the man. The case is under investigation. Malicious mischief: A malicious mis- chief incident was reported at 5:16 a.m. at the Amazon hub locker in the 13400 block of Dumas Road. Several locker doors were pried open, but it is unknown if any packages were taken. Dog abuse: A Mill Creek woman re- ported that her son, 21, was abusing his dog in their apartment residence lo- cated in the 13200 block of 46th Ave. in The Mill Creek Meadows Apts. Theft: Several computers were stolen from the 4000 block of 132nd St. An investigation is pending. Car prowl: A car prowl was reported in the 13900 block of North Creek Drive near the Sports Park. Package theft: A package was stolen off the doorstep in the 14600 block of Main St. in The Hawthorne Apts. Auto theft: A car theft occurred some- time between Christmas Eve and the morning of Dec.28 in the 14400 block of North Creek Drive in The Reserve Apts. Wednesday, December 29 Theft: A woman in the 4000 block of the 133rd St., in The Farm Apts. development, reported that her toddler daughter's father had stolen a tablet used by his daughter to help her with her learning challenges. Package theft: A theft of a package from a porch was reported at 2:09 p.m. in the 14000 block of 34th Drive in Northpointe . Domestic verbal: A domestic argu- ment occurred at 9:54 p.m. in the 16000 block of 26th Drive in Mill Creek Estates . The incident involved an argument between parents and their adult daughter. Thursday, December 30 Physical domestic: A Mill Creek man, 58, was arrested for assault domestic violence at 11:53 p.m., in the 2500 block of 133rd Place in Agens Addition. Friday, December 31 Car theft: A Mill Creek woman, 38, said her car was missing from her
